In spring 2026, Colombian artist Delcy Morelos filled the Lokremise St. Gallen with her room-sized installation “Las formas de la sombra”, full of scent and sound. MBSR teacher Fränzi Haller created a mindful tour through it. The exhibition has now closed, but the practice remains here for you.

Please note: the guided meditation is in German. Even if you don’t follow every word, the images, the pace and the pauses can be an invitation to slow down and notice what you sense. English subtitles are available via the YouTube settings.
